Winter Scene: Fishbone Fold Bookwork. This is a new construction for me, the Fishbone Fold bookwork. I started with a sketch of a landscape to use as a lino print that would unfold as the bookwork was opened. The print pays homage to the heroes of wood engraving.

You can see the reason for the name as the bookwork looks like a fishbone when seen from above!

Exhibitions 2026: My Explosion Fold bookwork (below) has been accepted for the Liverpool Book Arts Fair in April, “Where Artists Meet Text”. Each section has an Autumn themed poem, 3 of which I wrote.

The Islington Arts Society is having an exhibition in the Spring. I am hoping to show my reduction lino print “Ordinary Things”. More news later.
